Flavia Amann has been working for econcept AG since 2016. As an educational scientist and senior project manager, she is primarily involved in projects, evaluations and processes in the field of education and research. She has in-depth expertise in vocational and higher education as well as at their interfaces, utilising her qualitative and quantitative methodological skills. In recent years, she has gained particular experience in managing projects with various stakeholders and project partners. Before joining econcept, she worked in the FDFA's external network, in vocational education and training research and at a cantonal primary school authority. Whether as an enthusiastic hobby seamstress or project manager in a variety of projects: Flavia Amann knows her way around customised solutions and cogent arguments.
