Basil Odermatt manages projects in which large amounts of data have to be handled and sophisticated statistical analyses have to be performed. As an economist, he shows how incentive mechanisms work, how costs and benefits are balanced and how regulations work. Basil Odermatt also brings profound knowledge of digitisation and the financial industry to econcept from his previous work. As with touring skiing in the Alps of Central Switzerland, he enjoys facing new challenges in project work and attaches great importance to forward planning.
