Strategies and strategic goals are integral aspects of contemporary management systems, and econcept works with public and private institutions to assist them in developing their strategies. Our services in this respect range from designing the process and planning milestones, through to the moderation of meetings, several-day retreats, workshops and seminars. As part of the process, we also focus on securing results and following up on them. In addition, we support institutions with the systematic structuring and formulation of objectives and actions and the design of collaborative processes. We are constantly developing our broad range of tried-and-tested tools and instruments.
Against a backdrop of national and international competition, universities and cultural institutions are faced with the need to examine their profiling and positioning. We produce contextual and market analyses to support them with the development of strategies.
Where energy, climate and the environment as well as site and regional development are concerned, we provide support for strategic development projects which require careful balancing of the interests of numerous stakeholders and the advice of experts.
