Valentin Delb joined econcept in 2021. His work focuses on environmental and radiation protection (mobile communications, radon, light, UV), climate protection and adaptation to climate change, environmentally friendly mobility and sustainability assessments. Most recently, Valentin Delb was head of the department for air, climate and radiation in the construction department of the Canton of Zurich. As such, he accompanied projects from strategic planning to the establishment of concrete regulations (legal decrees) to consistent enforcement. The processing of political proposals was a central aspect of his work. He also brings profound consulting experience from his previous work in a large internationally active planning and consulting company. We are pleased that he is now bringing his direct knowledge of environmental policy and processes in public administration to econcept. Because driven by his curiosity, Valentin Delb always strives for future-oriented and sustainable solutions. In his private life, it leads him on journeys of discovery through Switzerland and immerses him in the cultures of distant countries.
