Marco Lügstenmann has been working for econcept since 2021. As a project manager, he contributes to projects and evaluations on education and research as well as social and cultural policy. In doing so, he relies on his profound knowledge from his studies in political science and draws on his work experience in public administration, the media and communications industry as well as the NPO sector. Both when making music in his spare time and in his projects, he always strives to combine various elements to create a coherent and convincing work.
